INTERMEDIATE PITCHING SKILLS CAMP (Between beginner and advanced level) SATURDAY JANUARY 30th
TIME: 9:30-10:30AM
Each pitcher must have her own catcher and a ball.
*Coaches are welcome to watch!
Girls who are past the beginning stage, but are not quite ready for the advanced level are recommended for this session. For pitchers who need their fastball and change-up mechanics reinforced. Session limited to 10 pitchers.
BEGINNING PITCHING SKILLS CAMP (Less than a year of experience) SATURDAY JANUARY 30th
TIME: 10:45-11:45AM
Each pitcher must have her own catcher and a ball.
*Coaches are welcome to watch!
Girls who are just beginning to learn to pitch are recommended for this session, and will learn proper fastball mechanics as well as an introduction to change-ups. Session limited to 10 pitchers.
PITCHING CAMP- SPECIALIZED FOR LEARNING SCREW BALL AND CURVE BALL SATURDAY JANUARY 30th
TIME: 12:00-1:00PM
Each pitcher must have her own catcher and a ball.
*Coaches are welcome to watch!
For pitchers who have good speed and control of their fastball and change-up and would like to either learn or reinforce their screwball and curveball mechanics. Session limited to 10 pitchers.
PITCHING CAMP- SPECIALIZED FOR LEARNING RISE BALL AND DROP BALL SATURDAY JANUARY 30th
TIME: 1:00-2:00PM
Each pitcher must have her own catcher and a ball.
*Coaches are welcome to watch!
For pitchers who have good speed and control of their fastball and change-up and would like to either learn or reinforce their rise ball and drop ball mechanics. Session limited to 10 pitchers.
