We at Grand Slam USA are proud
to be starting our 21st year of the finest youth baseball instruction in the Columbus
area. Coach Fishbaugh's astute knowledge obtained from more than 34 years of actual coaching experience combined with
his steadfast determination and love of the game have transformed Grand Slam USA into the area's premier program. Our
goal is simple! We want to help children like yours play the game better and have fun!! Our instructional program has
been designed to emphasize the positive. Only by keeping our camper to coach ratio low provides us with that proper
learning environment. Just like Coach Fishbaugh's quiet and positive approach to learning, Grand Slam's teaching approach
is the same. We don't have the biggest camps around, be we sure do have the best! Our emphasis is on quality,
not quantity. We believe in encouraging players by telling them what they are doing right and teaching them how they
can improve. Grand Slam USA would
like to be part of your family's summer activities. We are looking forward to touching base with you!!
Grand Slam's Annual Summer Camp is designed to refine all the fundamental skills of the game: hitting, fielding, bunting,
baserunning, sliding, throwing and pitching, etc. Instructional games will also take place throughout the day to enhance
the skills being perfected. The ratio of coaches to campers is always 1 to 6. The Grand Slam staff give each camper
specific instructions to develop the various skills needed to instill sound baseball. At Grand Slam camps, there is
a difference!
