using medicine balls, tubing, weighted balls, trampolines, balance boards and video analysis etc. The exercises/drills
help improve arm action and velocity without any elbow discomfort. The class will be devoted to drill work and proper
pitching fundamentals, and conditioning. The Athletic Pitcher Program League creates a situation where a player can
improve their throwing mechanics by being instructed and supervised by a professional pitching expert while conditioning properly.
